Use the newest code
Enter the code in the browser where you want to use the app. You can read the email on a different device.
Never share your code or sign-in link.

Create your first Rainbow class
Bring an idea. Shape it for your children.
A real Forest friendship class, built and saved in the app. Long waits are shortened; your own class and build time will vary. Turn on sound for the friendly, AI-generated narration, or follow the captions. On a phone, full screen gives you a closer look.

Choose your starting point
Open Create. Choose I know what I want, Help me find the right class, or Surprise me.
Start with a familiar group and a theme you would enjoy teaching.
Make your brief useful
Include the theme, length, space, props and any access needs. Then choose the age range and number of children.
Example: Forest friendship, 12 children aged 7–9, mats and scarves, partner mirroring and a forest the children invent together.
Create, then let it finish
Choose Create my class. Keep the tab open while Rainbow designs, writes and checks the plan. Allow up to five minutes.
If the attempt fails, your brief stays available. Do not submit repeatedly.
Read before you teach
Check the whole journey, the returned timing, props, child roles and safety. Rehearse the main game and every unfamiliar transition.
AI helps you plan. Your professional judgement guides the class.
Refine one activity
While your draft is still open in Create, use Activity chat to ask for clear steps, a worked example or an adaptation. Review the revision before saving.
Ask: Who starts, what does each child do, when do roles swap, and how does it end?
Save your teaching version
Choose Save to My plans and look for the Saved confirmation. Find the class again in My Classes, then use its download, copy or print options.
After teaching, share what worked and what needed changing.
Turn a plan into a class you can teach
Clear actions. Real practice. Your judgement.
Recorded with the saved demo class. The after-class note is an example and was not submitted. Turn on sound for the friendly, AI-generated narration, or follow the captions. On a phone, full screen gives you a closer look.

Start with the whole journey
Read the intention and all activities. Notice the move from arrival to play, discovery and rest.
Do not start teaching an unfamiliar AI-generated plan without reviewing it.
Read the teaching details
Use Yoga Teacher view for setup, instructions, teacher language, adaptations and safety.
Simple view is a quick reference, not a replacement for preparation.
Ask for a worked example
While your draft is open in Create, choose Explain step by step beneath an activity. Review the prepared request in Activity chat before sending it.
Ask for setup, one complete round, role swaps and a clear finish. Saved-plan feedback boxes record feedback; they do not rewrite that plan.
Check movement references
Use pose references and Movement Studio where available. A missing exact photo is better than the wrong movement.
Photos do not replace safe instruction or your assessment of the group.
Make room for every child
Count the pairs and groups. Offer comfortable movement choices, no-touch participation and a way to pause.
Never force a pose, breath, contact or personal disclosure.
Keep the useful changes
Save your refined plan. After class, note the favourite moment, confusing parts and your successful adaptations.
Your experience is valuable feedback, whether glowing or critical.
