1. Blue Marble Arrival

Invite each child to show one tiny Earth miracle: water, cloud, soil, leaf, animal, sunlight, gravity, ocean, breath or a heartbeat. The group mirrors each idea once and places it into an imaginary shared map for the one-planet Earth journey. Keep each offering tiny, clear and easy to copy.
2. Goldilocks Sun Salutation

Explore Star as the Sun, Mountain as Earth rock, Crescent Moon as Moon orbit, Warrior as atmosphere shield, Wave Fold as liquid water, Tree as life, Partner Boat as a water drop and Group Mandala as the Blue Marble. Children try the base body shape first, then add one theme decoration: speed, sound, direction, role, emotion or prop. Keep asking what this exact body shape can become in the one-planet Earth journey.
3. Too Close, Too Far, Just Right Orbit Game

Create a Sun spot and three orbit rings: too close, too far and just right. Children travel as planets, then freeze into hot, frozen or alive yoga shapes. The class adjusts the orbit until breath, balance and life feel possible.
4. Atmosphere Blanket Breath Lab

Hands become Earth's atmosphere: far away and thin, pressed close and thick, then softly surrounding the ribs as just-enough air. Breathe naturally and notice how precious one easy breath feels. Try it together for a few natural breaths, then make it smaller until only a tiny movement or listening remains.
5. Gravity And Water Worlds

Small groups create short science tableaux: Venus-too-thick air, Mars-too-thin air, Moon-low gravity and Earth-just-right water. Each group shows how bodies, breath and movement change.
6. No Planet B Living Earth Mission

Small groups create a simple beginning, problem, change and ending for the one-planet Earth journey. They include one pose from the flow, one breath from the quiet practice and one rule change from the game. Then the class combines the strongest pieces into one whole-class living Earth with Sun, orbit, atmosphere, water, gravity, creatures, humans and one protective care ring.
7. One Precious Breath Blue Marble Rest

Children remember the class from first clue to final centrepiece. They choose the Blue Marble floating in dark space, wrapped in thin air, shining with water and life and imagine placing it into a pocket, heart, hand or quiet breath. Close with one shared gesture made from the class.
