Gopala's class-planning eye
The builder looks for the living thread of a class: the theme, the emotional shift, the social experience and the moment children will remember.
About the builder
This app turns the playful, social and transformational Rainbow Yoga teaching approach into a practical class-planning studio for kids, families and communities.

About Gopala
Gopala Amir Yaffa is the founder, co-director and senior teacher trainer of Rainbow Yoga. He has been teaching yoga since 1995 and has spent decades helping teachers make yoga more alive, connected, brave, silly, inclusive and useful for real children in real rooms.
His approach asks a better question than “Which poses should we do?” It asks: what experience will help this group grow? What story will invite them in? Where can children lead, laugh, wobble, listen, help each other and discover something true through their bodies?
About Rainbow Yoga
Rainbow Yoga began in 2007 as a family mission created by Gopala and Angel Yaffa: a way to teach joyful, engaging and creative yoga for children, teens, families, partners and communities.
Rainbow Yoga is interactive and social. It uses movement, breath, touch where appropriate, partner and group shapes, games, music, stories, mindfulness, relaxation and imagination to help people connect with themselves, each other and the world around them.

How the app carries it forward
The builder uses Rainbow Yoga's playful teaching language and Gopala's planning standards to help teachers create classes with depth, flow, safety and sparkle.
The builder looks for the living thread of a class: the theme, the emotional shift, the social experience and the moment children will remember.
A pose is never only a pose. It can become an animal, machine, bridge, cave, feeling, sound, story moment or whole-group sculpture.
The plan still needs to be usable: clear timing, simple instructions, safety notes, adaptations, music ideas and a theme-specific rest.
Classes are designed for connection, interaction, trust, choice and shared discovery.
Ideas become real through movement, breath, play, imagination and reflection.
The AI plans the arc, timing, language, safety and adaptations so teachers can lead with confidence.
